Pictures from the Border
Pictures from the Border is a digital photography exhibition created with South Asian women in the UK to coincide with the 70 years of Pakistan and India’s independence at LCB Depot in Leicester.
Ben-Azeera Lela worked worked with school children who have mental health issues will collaborate to create the exhibition following workshops in design and post-production. A book of the stories of the lives of women captured their identities, their struggles and aspirations as they settled into a new world.
